Ensigio is a Proudly South African job experience simulation and recruitment platform that helps candidates demonstrate job-ready skills through realistic work simulations and then apply for roles using their results and profile.
Who is Ensigio for?
Ensigio is built for students, graduates, and early-to-mid career professionals, as well as employers, recruiters, universities, and training providers.
How does Ensigio work?
Candidates complete job-related simulations, receive performance feedback, and build a skills-based profile. Once simulations are completed, candidates can apply for jobs on the Ensigio job board using their simulation results alongside their profile.
Is Ensigio a job board?
Yes. Ensigio includes a job board, but access to job applications is typically linked to completing relevant simulations so employers can assess real capability, not just CVs.
Do simulations guarantee a job?
No. Completing simulations does not guarantee interviews or employment. Employers make final hiring decisions using their own criteria. They use your Ensigio simulation scores as part of their decision making process.
Are the simulations realistic?
Simulations are designed to closely reflect real workplace tasks and expectations. They are indicative assessments and cannot fully replicate live work environments.
Does Ensigio use AI?
Yes. Ensigio may use AI-assisted systems to simulate managers or scenarios, assess responses, and generate feedback. AI supports learning and assessment but does not make hiring decisions. All of the AI simulations are designed by working professionals.
Who can see my simulation results?
Your results are visible to you and may be shared with employers you apply to through the platform. Results are not public and are not shared without a valid platform purpose.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Ensigio applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and processes personal information in line with South African data protection laws.
Is Ensigio free?
Ensigio is free for students and garduates (Freelancers). Empolyers sponsor the simulations and will pay based on the chosen tier (standard, gold or platinum).
Can institutions or employers use Ensigio?
Yes. Employers and institutions can use Ensigio for training, screening, and skills-based recruitment.
What happens if someone cheats or misuses the platform?
Results may be invalidated and access may be suspended or terminated to protect assessment integrity.
What devices can I use?
Ensigio works on most modern web browsers on laptops and desktops. Some features may be limited on mobile devices.
