1. About Ensigio

Ensigio is a job experience simulation and skills assessment platform designed to help students, graduates, and early-to-mid career professionals develop and demonstrate job-relevant competencies through realistic, task-based simulations.

The Platform may also be used by employers, training providers, and institutions for learning, screening, benchmarking, and skills evaluation purposes.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or a student)
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

If you access the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to this Policy.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require account registration.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information
Safeguarding login credentials
All activity conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are compromised, misused, or in breach of this Policy.

4. Platform Functionality and Limitations

The Platform may include:

Job-role simulations and task-based scenarios
AI-driven or automated managers, trainers, or evaluators
Skills assessments, performance scoring, and feedback
Dashboards, reports, and learning content

Simulation outputs are indicative and educational in nature.
They are not guarantees of job performance, employability, or outcomes in real-world roles.

5. No Employment or Placement Guarantee

Use of the Platform:

Does not guarantee interviews, employment, or job placement
Does not create an employment or agency relationship with Ensigio
Does not replace formal qualifications or certifications

All hiring and selection decisions remain solely with employers or institutions.

6. AI and Automated Evaluation

Where the Platform uses AI-assisted or automated evaluation:

Assessments simulate work tasks rather than make final employment decisions
Outputs are intended to support learning, screening, and benchmarking
Results may be influenced by data inputs, user behaviour, and system limitations

Users acknowledge that simulated and automated assessments are inherently imperfect and probabilistic.

7. Acceptable Use and Academic Integrity

You may not:

Cheat, manipulate, or game simulations or assessments
Share or sell assessment content or answers
Misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Platform systems
Interfere with security, integrity, or availability of the Platform

Breaches may result in suspension, invalidation of results, or permanent termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

Simulations, workflows, and assessment logic
Software, algorithms, AI models, and scoring frameworks
Text, visuals, branding, and reports

is owned by or licensed to Ensigio and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Policy.

9. Information We Collect

9.2 Assessment and Performance Data

Does not guarantee realism, scoring precision, or employment impact
Is not responsible for decisions made using Platform outputs

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ensigio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months (if any)

19. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
